Account information. When you register or are invited to SnypShare we collect your name, email address, and optionally your phone number.

Usage data. We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including which content you view, playback progress, acknowledgements, and quiz responses.

Communications. When you use our messaging features we may retain records of shared content and associated metadata.

Device and log data. We automatically collect standard log data such as IP address, browser type, and operating system when you access the platform.

SnypShare uses SMS (text messaging) solely to deliver one-time verification codes for account sign-in and to notify recipients when content has been shared with them. We do not use SMS for marketing or promotional purposes.

Opt-in. SMS messages are only sent when you explicitly request a text code on our sign-in page, or when an administrator shares content with you via your registered phone number.

Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out you will no longer receive text messages from SnypShare. You can re-enable SMS by contacting us at support@snypshare.com.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. For sign-in codes, one message is sent per sign-in request. Notification frequency depends on how often content is shared with you by your organization.

Message and data rates. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.

No sharing for marketing. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate, maintain, and improve the SnypShare platform
• Authenticate users and deliver one-time sign-in codes via email or SMS
• Deliver content and notifications shared with you by your organization
• Track content engagement on behalf of your organization
• Respond to support requests and communicate with you about your account
• Comply with applicable laws and protect our legal rights

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• With your organization. Content engagement data may be visible to the organization that shared content with you.
• Service providers. We work with vendors including Twilio for SMS delivery, email providers, and cloud infrastructure who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SnypShare, our users, or others.
• Business transfers. If SnypShare is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@snypshare.com. Some information may be retained for legal, audit, or fraud-prevention purposes.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your information.
